Watchout for the heavy finger on the scale!
“I brought in to Global a bunch of large packages already wrapped and ready to go, but had no way to weigh them prior because they were bulky. They told me to come back the next day for the bill amount. I was STUNNED at the overall weight! But he insisted it was accurate, and one package in particular he had to charge an oversize fee. I growled, but went ahead and paid him. After I got the tracking number, I followed the packages on UPS. The actual weights were ONE HALF what Global charged me for. Nice tidy profit for him. Do yourself a favor, go to a REAL UPS store, or just call UPS for a pickup. The only reason I gave 1 star is that the packages all arrived safe & sound. But I'll avoid Global in the future.”
