Mail Call Do Not Use This Company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! “ ONE STAR IS WAY TOOO MUCH \n I paid 170.00$ for them to pack and ship a tv to Austin,Texas (extremely overpriced compaired to other places in Columbia)I was moving to Austin and receiving it myself and I figured I was paying for quality... After receiving the Tv I opened the shipping box to realize that they shipped my 42' plasma screen tv UPSIDE DOWN!!!! It was poorly packed and evident they were lacking common sense. I called them immediately and was told that the insurance I purchased (900$) was not applicable for the Tv!!!!! What?!?!? I called FedEx personally and explained and FedEx quickly honored my insurance claim but must be payable to Mail Call, and n turn Mail Call will pay me. 2 weeks later I am told MAil Call will only pay 1/2 my claim and half my shipping charges!! WHAT A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Just Use the UPS center on park plus drive instead... anything would be better than them”
