“The other half of the story:\nRyan was notified before the Riverdale store closed that we would be honoring any of its outstanding mailbox service agreements. Mailbox service is paid for in advance, up to a year in many cases. We are honoring these without compensation. Ryans mailbox fees were already in arrears to the Riverdale store at the time we began receiving his mail. In addition, we extended his mailbox service until he contacted us, which was two months later. At that time, he notified me that he was closing his box and asked for his mail without payment. I simply asked him to pay 1/3 of those fees he owed as a compromise. With some vulgarity, he asked me to return his mail. Because of the language, I ended the conversation abruptly and I returned his mail that day. A day or two later UPS forwarded his complaint to me and I responded to it as I have done here. To date, the other previous Riverdale Store patrons have recognized our efforts and expressed their appreciation. The UPS Store Ogden, Utah\n” -

Poor Customer service
“This store OFFERED to help out the customers from the closing of the Riverdale store due to owner operator passing away. Then holds our mail hostage until we open up a box with them. I asked if they would return to sender the checks that had been mailed, their response was I would have to pay a twenty dollar mail handling fee. My gripe is that they NEVER should have offered to HELP if it was about Money....shame on this store!”
