Founded in 2005, Aurelia REI Holdings, LLC is a minority owned company that moved into the commercial multifamily space in 2019. We started with residential acquisitions in 2005; where we purchased and maintained the Single Family, Townhome, and Condos as rental properties. We focused on acquiring properties with severe deferred maintenance. To support our shift to multifamily we sold and consolidated our residential portfolio to acquire small boutique Class B, C, and D multifamily properties. Aurelia REI Holdings, LLC's current investment strategy focuses on properties with less than 150 units within markets that are up and coming or have a certain charm; along with business, jobs, and population growth.
