  “\ntrue professionalism shows through customer service .. it is here where JerriBobs fails miserably .. \n\nI called recently inquiring why a package I sent, thru JerriBobs, to Canada, was returned to my home .. I was understandably upset and the older male (owner?) who answered told me my package was still in Miami not at my home .. after realizing that his rude behavior and attempt to be a bully wasn't working he passed me to a female employee who asked for a picture of the package via email and assured me she would call the next day .. noon the following day I called and the same rude older male stated that it was her day off and I would have to wait for her to return .. I write this five days later with no call from JerriBobs .. as a business owner I would want to know where and why we failed a customer, what to do to fix this situation and how to avoid similar failures .. JerriBobs not only wasted a 10 days of my time they charged me 80% more than the USPS for the pleasure .. save the headache & money, go to the post office .. their employees are far more personable ”
